Delivery & Returns

Some of our products are big, some small, some made especially for you, and some needed yesterday!  We want to work around you and the needs of your early years establishment; you’ll find us as flexible as we can be.  If you need any help with respect to delivery and its speed, or a return please get in touch.

Delivery times are estimates only.  We will try hard to meet our delivery times but are not responsible for any delayed or unsuccessful deliveries. Sometimes orders may take longer to fulfil and certain services may be removed during our seasonal sales, periods of promotional activity or due to circumstances beyond our control, such as adverse weather.  If your delivery does not arrive when expected, please contact us on

All our products are sold on a delivery duty unpaid basis.  If your delivery address is outside the European Union (EU) you may have to pay import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.  You are responsible for any such duties and taxes.  Please check with your local customs or tax office for further details.

Deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays or on public holidays.

Standard delivery for all orders in the UK and Northern Ireland is usually £2.50 and can take two to three working days to be delivered.

For international delivery, prices can start from £10.00 for Europe and £20.00 for the rest of the world.

Please understand that these are subject to change depending on the size of your order and speed of requested delivery.  Need to know exactly how much or need something quicker?  Get in touch.

Some products we offer may come directly from related manufacturers or suppliers and some products may be made bespoke to order with a delivery timescale of approx two-thirty days.  In both instances, we are more than happy to chat to you about what timings to expect and what your needs might be for delivery.

If the goods you order are ‘Out Of Stock’ we will send out the order to you as soon as the product becomes available again.  If we cannot source the item we will contact you to inform you.

Products should not be returned without first getting in touch.  Goods are not supplied on a sale or return basis.  Should an item need to be returned it must be returned in its original packaging and in a re-saleable condition. Returns are made at your own expense but chat to us before for instructions to be given.  We will not accept goods returned without prior authorisation, if this occurs you willl still be charged for the goods.  Where an item is faulty we reserve the right to first repair or replace. If this is not possible a credit may be issued.

Order cancellation will be accepted providing the goods have not yet been dispatched, or in the case of made to order items, production has not started.  If goods have been dispatched or made then the returns section of this policy will apply.
