As part of our mission we would like you to tell us when you are pleased with the services and products we provide, but we also need to know when things go wrong.  By listening to you and learning from your feedback we will improve the quality of the services we provide and encourage good practice and continuous improvement.

We want to hear from you if:

  • You have a suggestion on how we might improve our services or products
  • You want to compliment us for a job well done or a great product that has helped your early years establishment blossom
  • You are dissatisfied with the way we delivered a service or a product
  • You are dissatisfied with our policies
  • You received inaccurate advice or information
